Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on traderssecondbrain.com are digital goods (Notion templates, digital toolkits, and similar downloadable content). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a refund upon delivery.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error;
• You did not receive the product after purchase and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
